The event is open to all new players who are interested in trying ringette and also for those players registered in the U6 and U8 who would like to try out their equipment, test their skates, and get a feel for the ice.
There will be on ice activities, supervision and instruction given by the SPRA Belle players. All you need is a pair of skates and a helmet.
There will be additional helmets and sticks if you need. Please keep in mind this is an on ice activity so warm clothing, including a pair of gloves is recommended.

THANK YOU to the Alberta Sport, Recreation, Parks & Wildlife Foundation for the grant funds received under the Canadian Sport for Life Project. SPRA will use these funds for our off-ice coaching development program designed by Lorrie Horne and the purchase of specialized equipment the athletes can use. This athletic development program is consistent with the Long-Term Athlete Development paradigm that aims to develop our girls into physically literate athletes. These funds allow us to develop a solid base of equipment and information with which we can expand and grow the program in the future.
